End of the year…
End of Year…
Hey out there y’all! Hey!
Life has been busy for me, of late, but I’ll be posting something every week from here on out.
In alignment with the beginning of the week, I’m going to focus on the upcoming energy carrying us through the end of the year and throw in a few suggestions to help guide us along the way.
If you’ve been following me for a minute, you know I love astrology, and you know I’m currently offering a beginner’s astrology class for free in my group. Haven’t joined yet? The videos from all classes so far are up and you can view them at your leisure. Here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/16iNErd6Ro/
The energy for this last quarter of the year has been dominated by a ton of retrogrades and a Grand Water Trine between Saturn, Jupiter and a host of smaller planets activating 22 degrees Scorpio, over and over again. It’s been watery, and emotional, and introspective, and quite the wild ride. Wild I say—WILD!!!
And now, we are at the end. The end of the year, the end of the cycle, the end of the lessons. Will some of them carry over into the next year? Of course….but also, THIS is the release point. This is the time the universe is telling us to let it all go and roll into 2026 fresh and new.
2025 has been a year of endings on many levels. Because it’s a “9” year, numerology tells us that means endings. Our personal numerological year may not have been a “9” year, but the energy of endings was strong for 2025. Many astrological patterns ushered in endings as well. The grand water trine? It’s come to a close, and Jupiter and Saturn will remain in trine with one another through the end of the year to wrap up that watery cycle filled with retrogrades. The last super moon of the year has passed, and the last new moon of the year will soon be upon us.
I’m not going to pontificate over what the upcoming new moon means, because there are already amazing takes on that topic. Here is one from Forever Conscious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sd5JimfhR8M&t=190s . Tanaz is an excellent astrologer, and she has a website with articles that deeply expand on the transits she discusses in her weekly video forecasts. I find that she brings a fresh, unique perspective to her forecasts and the info she shares is always useful in multiple ways. Please check her out on youtube and visit her website!
And so because the info is up over on foreverconscious.com, I don’t have to discuss the deets. What I AM going to do, as usual, is make it personal—to me, and to you.
This new moon is not complex. Not for me. It’s nothing like the grand water trine, where we were dealing with an extended pattern and ALL the effin planets, a crapload of planets in retrograde, and for me—everything trampling over major points in my chart, over and over again. This new moon in Sagittarius happens to be conjunct—blending energy—at the EXACT degree where Jupiter sits in my natal chart. That’s a big deal. But it’s also simple. One major aspect. One major perspective. One major goal…and for me, that goal is an expansive and fresh new start, and it so happens that it fully aligns with what is happening in my mundane life. I’m moving, and there’s not much more that shouts “fresh start” other than a move! So I’ll keep my goals focused around that new start, and define my intentions for the end result, keeping any work I do around it short and sweet. By the time the new moon peaks—that fresh start will have already begun, for me, and as it transforms into full bloom, I will make sure my actions remain in alignment with where I am and what I have to accomplish in my mundane life. But with my natal Jupiter conjunct the new moon? That’s a beautiful start to a new beginning, and I am going to gratefully take full advantage of it.
There is so much I want to say to you all, but I want to keep it simple for you, too. Traditionally, new moons are about beginnings, but with the energy around this particular new moon and the time of year it’s happening, the most simple and beneficial thing you can do is to let go of all that you need to let go of. Release all that the universe has whispered into your ear you need to release over this past year, and you know what that is. Write it all down and throw it into the flames of the hottest fire you can start. Let it be consumed by the elements so it is at peace for good. And nobody has to tell you what to let go. You already know.
Once you let go of it all, move in alignment with tradition, open your heart and invite in all of that beautiful new energy that is coming for you. Open your heart to all that 2026 will bring you. And then celebrate all you have accomplished, survived and thrived through this year, rest, and be ready to start the new year off strong.
That is the most simple, divine way to usher in the wondrous change that is coming for all of us.
2025 was a rough ride for many of us, and we want to be ready to make 2026 the best year we can make it. Set up the rhythm of your year, now. Set your intentions. Write down your focus points, now. Define your educational goals—what do you want to master? Astrology? Tarot readings? Channeling? What do you want to learn in the mundane world—business? The Arts? Music?
Which relationships do you want to improve or disconnect from? And the MOST important question: How will you get to know yourself better so you can connect to who you are at a soul level?
In tune with keeping it simple, I’m going to say so long. All the love, all the time, always. Get to work releasing, celebrating, resting, setting goals and letting those beautiful waves of fresh energy, replete with goodness, come into your life.
I’ll talk to you soon!
