Your heart knows the truth, but do you trust it?

Nestled inside of indigenous wisdom, shamanic teachings, and the guidance of the crone; disguising itself as socially acceptable practices in religious traditions, people from all walks of life feel called to a spiritual pathway that is both as structured as any modern tradition and as fluid as it needs to be for each individual student. This pathway can loosely be  described as independent spirituality, with each practitioner following it in a way that makes the most sense for their own personalities, lifestyles, beliefs and unique abilities.

There are consistent developmental steps and similar experiences along the way, but because we tend to travel it alone—because we do not all follow the steps in the same order at the same time or share those intimate details that may not feel safe to share out loud—the journey can get confusing— especially to those who have highly active, inquisitive and analytical brains. Inexplicable experiences defy common sense. Spiritual truths meet the limits of human language. All of these things can cause doubt, sabotaging our ability to trust ourselves.

This journal was written to help you take a deep dive into your own spiritual journey and examine it through an analytical lens.
