Foundations of Spirituality:

Bustling….BRAIN!
Is a unique journaling experience that helps you step more fully into your
own power and divinity by:
• Helping you document your own spiritual story;
• Defining spiritual developmental steps and thoroughly analyzing how and when
they show up in your life;
• Claiming your own, unique spiritual gifts, understanding how they present, and
learning how you can more fully tap into them and TRUST them;
• Sharing your story with others in a safe space to more fully understand just how
common experiences can be along this path and to put your own experiences into
perspective;
• Pulling all you learn together into a foundation that will support your future spiritual growth.
The goal is to build a foundation so strong and a trust in yourself so thorough, you won’t find a
need to question the journey the same way anymore.
This class is offered in group and individual formats. For individuals sessions, you will share
stories with the facilitator, and for group classes—we will share our stories within the group.
Audience:
This course is meant for those who are newer to their spiritual journeys, for those
who have highly active brains that QUESTION EVERYTHING (no matter how advanced you
are on your journey), or for those who have been at this for awhile and find that their doubts are
interfering in their spiritual growth because they question themselves a lot, no matter how much
knowledge and experience they gain.

– 6 weeks of group video conference calls
– A safe container where we can share within a structure we build together
– Facilitated conversation that helps keep the group focused and on track
– Weekly one-on-one meetings with MamaBerry during the 6 week course to discuss relevant issues where you would like more personalized and / or confidential support (optional and flexible)
– Built in flexibility to help you address those things that LIFE throws our way to help you stay on track with the course material
– Community and connection
– Access to a community group at the end of the course to continue the discussion for continued support and growth
